Welcome to Rework Work, home of Stacey Gordon, where she makes work work for all
You were amazing! Your stories, authenticity, and clarity touched all of us. Thank you so much for what you've taught me . . . As I listened to you speak, I thought about the words of one of our national gems, Maya Angelou. She said “do the best you can until you know better, then when you know better, do better.” Stacey, you taught us to both know and do better.
Senior Vice President, People – The Obama Foundation
If you were asked to raise your hand if you are a good person, you would probably do so. Yet, we are finding that we still have a disconnect in belonging, inclusion and diversity within most organizations. How do bad things continue to happen when we are all good people? The saying, “The road to hell is paved with good intentions” comes to mind. It means good intentions, when acted upon, may have unintended consequences.
What unintended consequences are occurring in your workplace as a result of your actions or the actions of colleagues. If you want to create authentic leaders, recruit inclusively and create a workplace where everyone belongs, you have come to the right place.
Here you’ll find Stacey’s content, courses, advice, strategies, tools and tips, all in one glorious space!
